It is of two immunoglobulins (antibodies) that are present in the blood. They are proteins produced by the immune system to attack antigens, such as bacteria, viruses and allergens (allergy-causing). The immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the type of antibody more abundant in the liquid body. It provides protection against bacteria and viral infections (of viruses). Immunoglobulin M (IgM) is mainly found in the blood and lymph fluid. Is the first antibody which the body generates to fight an infection.
